Our Return Policy: We will replace the phone card with another card of equal value,
or a refund of the unused balance of the card. (Within 2 Weeks).
Our Policy: If you encounter any problems with the cards connection or the
charges, please contact the customer service number listed on the card information page.
If you loose your PIN number or you want to make an online order, call us and we will
give it to you again. CityCallingCards.com does not have any control over the quality
of the connection and the rates of the phone cards we sell. We do not produce the cards,
we only resell them. We do the best we can to find the cards with the best rates to
insure our customers satisfaction.
